When you request account closure through Account > Settings > Close Account, we process your remaining balance as a withdrawal within two hours if it's under Rp 10 million, or within 24 hours if higher. The funds go back to your last deposit method — DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS — using the same reference number. If that method is no longer active, contact support to specify an alternate payment rail.

We can update our terms, but we must notify you 14 days in advance by email to your registered address. Routine clarifications (like fixing typos) may take effect immediately. If you disagree with a material change, you can close your account penalty-free. Continuing to play after the notice period means you accept the new terms.

Suspension occurs if we detect fraud (using another person's payment method or identity), collusion (coordinating bets with others to manipulate odds), bonus abuse (exploiting loopholes in promotions), or repeated chargebacks on deposits. Account restrictions may be temporary (24 to 72 hours) or permanent, depending on severity. We notify you of the reason and appeal process via email.
